I ordered my blouses from Canada and have delivered it to Ahmedabad to my parents.
Realized it was incorrect size ordered, after it was already delivered, contacted team eternity and they reply instantly and guided me though the process. They contacted my parents on local number and have the blouses picked up as well as confirmed with me through email- Team eternity made sure the replacement was no hessle for my parents and also delivered the correct size as soon as they received the incorrect size.
