POLICIES:
- No returns/ refund / exchange on any items. Exceptions may apply in special cases, where return or exchange is considered, and in such instances, customers will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs
- Cancellation for products is only possible if you email to us before the dispatch of order. (Payment gateway fee will be deducted as applicable 3%-5%)
- No Cancellations allowed On Pre-Orders.

- NO COD option available.
- CHANGE OF ADDRESS is only possible if the parcel is not dispatched. Address that has been input while placing the order will only be accepted.
- If there is any mistake in shipment details then the shipping cost would be borne by customer.
- All the customer queries would be responded in 24-48 hours.
- Same day delivery only possible in AHMEDABAD if paid Express shipping.

SHIPPING:
Domestic (Within India):
We do ship worldwide.
- For the location’s in India which are not serviceable we can ship the parcel through Indian Postal Services. For this you need to contact us at our email or whatsapp number.
- We use premium courier services like FedEx, EComm , Ekart, Xpressbees and Delhivery. Maruti, tirupati etc
- Orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours and if it is a Pre-order we take a week time to make it and then ship the product.
- Expect 2/3 days delay for items purchased during sale period. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Mostly orders get delivered within 7-8 working days.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- GST is added on the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region will have to be borne by the customer.
- Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
- Shipments will be delivered between Mondays through Saturday: 9 am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sunday’s.
International (Outside India):
- We have variable shipping charges depending upon the location and the weight of the parcel.
- We use DHL / FedEx for delivery
- Any custom taxes/charges will be borne by the customer.
- We do not have any Transit insurance.
- The order is delivered within 2 weeks after placing the order except the preorder ones. For preorder the dispatch date would be one week post the order is received.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours of placing the order.
- If for any reason the customer does not accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.
- Kindly bear with us for any unprecedented delays.
Refund Policy: (Domestic and International)
- Refund request should be raised by the customer within 3 days of delivery. Requests before or after that timeframe will not be eligible for refund.
- Refund requests will be acknowledged and approved in accordance with policy rules within 24-48 hours of receiving the customer’s request.
- Upon receiving the product back to our warehouse the QC will be done and if found proper in same condition as dispatched then the refund will be processed.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the customer via the original payment method or as store credit within 7 working days of product collection.
