Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders

Return Policy

Customers are required to record an opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.
This video is necessary to process any claims related to defective or incorrect products

Return Policy:

1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Request Here.

2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales can’t be refunded and exchanged

5. Purchase Location: Item purchased at our retail store can’t be returned.

Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.

6. Credit Note:

The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it.

7. Self-shipping

In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

8. Non-returnable Items:

Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Exchange Policy

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Request Here.

2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.

3. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

4. Product Exchange:

If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

 

Refund Policy:

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition and match the order placed.

Refund Process:

1. Quality Check: Refunds will be initiated only after the product has been picked up and successfully passes our quality inspection.
2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: Refunds for damaged or defective products will be issued only after verification by our team. All such concerns must be reported at at team@eternitybysakshi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include detailed information about the issue, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof.

International Orders:

• Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at team@eternitybysakshi.com
• If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at team@eternitybysakshi.com. . Kindly include detailed information about the issue, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof.

We will provide either a credit notes for the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent. 

Cancellations:

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

Charges

Processing fee of ₹150 will be applied on all return and exchanges initiated.
