Exchange And Returns 

Domestic Orders:
 We offer an exchange/ Return for few exceptional cases 

•⁠  ⁠Applicable only for non-discounted items listed on our website.
•⁠  ⁠Customers must raise a Return/exchange request within 3 days of product delivery by dropping an email at team@eternitybysakshi.com, our team shall get in touch for further details within 24-48 working hours if required. Once approved, our courier partners will pick up the product from your address in the next 2-4 working days of receiving the request and shall make one attempt to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up at the first attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end.  
•⁠  ⁠If your address is not serviceable for pickup, you may return the product to us at your own convenience and expense. Please ensure you share the tracking details with us at team@eternitybysakshi.com. Kindly note that we will reimburse shipping costs only up to ₹150 only.

•⁠  ⁠The returned product should have the original packaging and tags in place must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Items failing the quality check will not be eligible for return/exchange.  

•⁠  ⁠Once passed through quality check customers can choose to purchase another product in exchange for the returned product or avail store credit to be used for a future purchase. This complete process takes approximately 7-9 working days. You will receive an email as soon as a replacement is shipped or store credit is added to your account.
 
•⁠  ⁠The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Customers can book the same or higher value product through the credit note.

Refund Policy: (International)

At Eternity By Sakshi, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders due to logistical constraints. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we are happy to assist wherever possible.

If you still wish to return your order, we can make an exception under the following conditions:
•⁠  ⁠The return must be initiated and executed by the customer at their own expense.
•⁠  ⁠The product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check (QC), we will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that the refund will be initiated via online payment modes only
