Return & Exchange Policy

•⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges: Eligible within 3 days of delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
•⁠ ⁠Store Credit/Exchange: Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Store credit will be issued only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection. Cash refunds are not applicable.
•⁠ ⁠Defective/Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email returns@eternitybysakshi.com within 48 hours of delivery. A 360° parcel opening video recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened (without any cuts or edits), along with clear photos, is mandatory for processing such claims.
•⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items: Customized or altered products, stitched-to-measure items, Garage Sale products, clearance/final sale items, gift cards, and all international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
•⁠ ⁠Quality Inspection: All returned products undergo a quality inspection. Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging may not be accepted and may be shipped back to the customer.
•⁠ ⁠Size Exchange: One-time size exchange is available, subject to stock availability.
•⁠ ⁠Reverse Pickup (India Only): Reverse pickup is available only for orders delivered within India. A ₹150 reverse pickup fee is applicable for every approved return or exchange request. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers will be required to self-ship the product.
