My worst maiden purchase

This blouse purchase, my first here left a bitter taste. Blouse was ill fitting literally from all the sides and angles inspite of being a stretchable one. A size exchange did not solve the problem either. And then when I asked for refund, I was denied even an exchange as their SYSTEM allows only one time exchange! Very frustrating experience. Not at all customer centric. Blouses are meant to be fitted to the T, how can they have strict rules like only one exchange! Definitely not a good place to buy blouses
